The KGA annual club dues invoice is sent January 1st of each year.
The Individual membership dues invoices are sent out 4 times per year as follows:
April 15th - The first invoice for all Active golfers as of April 15, 2010.
June 15th - A net invoice for all golfers added since the last invoice and any unpaid balance.
August 15th - A net invoice for all golfers added since the last invoice and any unpaid balance.
November 15th - A final net invoice for all golfers added since the last invoice and any unpaid balance.
Clubs will be billed for all active golfers on their handicap rosters as of April 15, 2010, and for any golfer added during the season at the service type yearly rate. Clubs should clean up their rosters and transmit deletes/deactivates before February 28, 2010.
All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. The KGA policy is to inactivate the GHIN service for any club that is more than 45 days delinquent with a balance in excess of $100.00. A $50 reinstatement fee along with all past dues must be paid to restore the GHIN service. KGA Club dues for 2010
$135.00 - Annual club dues for golf clubs or golf courses that enroll its active golfing members (Minimum of 25 and maximum of 100) as individual KGA members at an annual fee as stated below. (This category includes golf clubs without real estate.)
$175.00 - Annual club dues for golf clubs or golf courses that enrolls its active golfing members (101 or more) as individual KGA members* at an annual fee as stated below. (This category includes golf clubs without real estate.)
$500.00 - Annual club dues for golf clubs or golf courses that have their handicaps computed by either the Kansas City Golf Association or other golf association. This will entitle golfers of these clubs, who are active on the GHIN service, KGA tournament eligibility.
**Junior golfers are defined as golfers who have not reached their 18th birthday at the beginning of the golfing season (their birth date must be included in their Junior type golfer record). They will be automatically upgraded to regular membership following their 18th birthday.
