About Kansas Golf Foundation

Kansas Golf Foundation was established in 1990 as the tax-exempt charitable affiliate of the Kansas Golf Association.

It is the only statewide charitable foundation devoted solely to the game of golf.

Our Mission

The Mission of the Kansas Golf Foundation is

Promote the Future and Preserve the History of Golf in Kansas.

To accomplish our Mission, the Foundation:

awards college scholarships through the Kansas Junior Golf Scholarship

awards college scholarships to Kansans studying to become golf course superintendents or turfgrass managers
operates the Kansas Golf Hall of Fame

The Kansas Golf Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and contributions to the KGF are tax-deductible. Funds are raised primarily through the Kansas Junior Golf Marathon. Kansas Golf Foundation donors take pride in knowing that a contribution will help us continue to Promote the Future and Preserve the History of Golf in Kansas.
