March 1st - The first invoice for all Active golfers as of March 1.

May 1st - A net invoice for all golfers added since the last invoice and any unpaid balance.

July 1st - A net invoice for all golfers added since the last invoice and any unpaid balance.

November 1st
- A final net invoice for all golfers added since the last invoice and any unpaid balance.

Clubs are responsible for inactivating golfers in the roster prior to the inactivation deadline of February 28 of each year.  Full credit will not be issued for golfers not inactivated prior to the deadline.  Clubs will be credited the current handicap fee less $5 for each golfer in the inactivation deadline is missed or the golfer is added more than once by the club.

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.  Accounts will be considered Past Due if payment is not received 30 days from the invoice date.  Accounts will be considered Delinquent if payment is not received 60 days from the invoice date.  The KGA/KCGA policy is to suspend all core services (including Handicap Indexes) for any club that is more than 120 days Delinquent.
