Foundation's Tee Time Auction Begins March 30th

Mark your calendars for March 30 – that’s when the 2018 KGF Tee Time Auction opens. And that’s when you’ll have a chance to win a round of golf AND help our Kansas junior golfers go to college.

Winning bidders in our annual Tee Time Auction will get to play golf at outstanding Kansas golf courses such as Prairie Dunes, Flint Hills National, Shadow Glen. So if you’re putting your 2018 golf schedule together and want to play one of these great courses, this is your chance.

And this year, we have two very special items. Your foursome can play a round of golf with K-State alumnus and PGA Tour winner Robert Streb, so you can see up close how he pros play the game. If you’re a fan of David Feherty, you can bid on two VIP tickets to the David Feherty Off Tour show in Wichita – all VIP tickets are already sold out, so this is a unique opportunity.

And here’s the great part: the auction supports Kansas junior golfers, because all proceeds go to the Kansas Junior Golf Scholarship.  Each year, we give $30,000 in grants to 20 deserving junior golfers attending college in Kansas. Our scholarship really makes a difference, too. We all have heard about student debt increasing at an alarming rate. In Kansas, the average student graduates with student debt of $28,887, so now, more than ever, Kansas students need financial help to pay for college.

Our auction site is mobile-friendly, making it easy to set
up your bidding account, view and search the auction items, and receive automated bid updates. If you’re the successful bidder, you’ll be notified so that payment can be made securely online.

The auction will open at 8 am on March 30 and close at 5 pm on April 9. Click here to check out the auction website – and be sure to sign up now so you’ll be ready when the auction starts.
